Built on real identity. Built on real trust.

Sivar uses real identity — verified against the official Government registry — to create safer communities, real accountability, and safer money movement.

What we believe

Salvadorans deserve one place that genuinely connects daily community life, official government information, and money moving inside families — including across borders. We built Sivar because those three things shape day-to-day life in El Salvador and shouldn't live in three separate apps that don't talk to each other.

Three access modes

  • Other Countries — limited access for travelers and friends of Salvadorans.

Real identity, by design

Sivar verifies your identity against El Salvador's official records (RNPN) through the login.gob.sv flow. Your @handle and display name are set during onboarding and stay with you — so people in your communities always know it's really you.

Modveon — the team behind Sivar

Sivar is built and operated by Modveon, a product team focused on tools that make civic participation, accountability, and family money movement feel simple, secure, and human. Modveon is headquartered in San Salvador with a remote team across the Americas. We're hiring engineers, designers, and trust & safety specialists who care about the country.
