Sivar Fee Schedule

This document is part of the terms that govern your use of Sivar. See the Country Addendum for how it applies to you.
1. Overview
This Fee Schedule explains the fees that may apply when you use Sivar. It is part of the terms that apply to your use of Sivar.
You will always see the full cost before you confirm a transaction. Sivar does not charge undisclosed fees.
2. How Fees Apply — Four Separate Operations
The fees in this schedule apply to four separate and distinct operations:
- Cash and wallet on-ramps and off-ramps in the United States;
- Cross-border money movement from the United States to El Salvador and from El Salvador to the United States;
- Domestic wallet-to-wallet transfers from a United States user to another United States user, or from an El Salvador user to another El Salvador user; and
- Wallet on-ramps and off-ramps in El Salvador, including Puntoxpress cash withdrawals.
Each operation is separate. For example, funding a Sivar wallet through Google Pay or Apple Pay may include a 2.5% network processing fee. If you later use cross-border money movement, a separate $2 Processing Fee applies.
3. Processing Fee
A flat $2 Processing Fee applies to each eligible cross-border money movement transaction through Sivar, in either direction between the United States and El Salvador. This is separate from any funding, cash on-ramp, or cash off-ramp fee.

The Processing Fee is shown separately for cross-border money movement.
- The Processing Fee is separate from any fee for funding the Sivar wallet;
- The Processing Fee is separate from any El Salvador cash-withdrawal fee; and
- Paying a funding or off-ramp fee does not include or replace the Processing Fee for a cross-border money movement.
4. Domestic Peer-to-Peer Transfers

Domestic wallet-to-wallet transfers within the same country — United States to United States or El Salvador to El Salvador — are free and will remain free.
5. Wallet Funding (On-Ramp) — United States
Wallet funding is separate from cross-border money movement. The following funding-method fees apply in the United States:

6. Wallet Funding (On-Ramp) — El Salvador
Wallet funding in El Salvador is separate from cross-border money movement. Any applicable funding fee is shown before you confirm. The Processing Fee does not apply when funding a Sivar wallet in El Salvador.
A recipient is not charged simply for receiving cross-border money movement. The sender pays the $2 Processing Fee in either direction. A later Puntoxpress cash withdrawal is separate and has its own fee.
7. Cash Withdrawal — El Salvador

The Puntoxpress cash-withdrawal fee covers costs associated with completing the withdrawal. You will see the fee before you confirm.
8. Cash Off-Ramp — United States
United States cash on-ramp and off-ramp fees, if any, are set and shown by the applicable provider before you confirm. These transactions are separate from cross-border money movement, so the Processing Fee does not apply to a domestic United States on-ramp or off-ramp.
9. Other Fees
9.1 Account Creation. Free.
9.2 Account Maintenance. No monthly or annual maintenance fees.
9.3 Account Closure. Free.
9.4 Inactive Accounts. No inactivity fee at this time.
9.5 Customer Support. Free.
10. Currency
All fees are stated in U.S. dollars (USD).
11. Fee Changes
We will give you at least 30 days' advance written notice before any material fee change takes effect.
If you do not accept a material fee change, you may close your account before it takes effect at no penalty.
12. Fees Shown Before You Confirm
Before you confirm a transaction, Sivar will show:
- The amount you are sending;
- The Processing Fee, if any;
- Any third-party provider fees, where applicable;
- Any applicable taxes;
- The total amount you will pay; and
- The amount the recipient will receive.
If you are in the United States and use cross-border money movement, you will also receive the required Pre-Payment Disclosure.
